Privacy, in plain words.

We only ever receive payment notifications from your phone. Your chats, OTPs and personal messages never leave your device. Payment records auto-delete after 90 days, and you can erase everything anytime from your dashboard. We never sell your data.

1. Why the app asks for notification access

Android offers notification access as all-or-nothing — there is no "payments only" permission on any Android phone. That warning screen comes from Android itself; we can't change it.

What we can do — and do — is filter on your phone, before anything is sent: the listener app only forwards notifications that look like payments from bank and wallet apps. Everything else stays on your phone and is never transmitted.

2. What we collect

Only payment-notification data, sent by your listener app:

We do not collect contacts, messages, photos, location, or anything else on your phone.

3. Why we collect it

One reason only: to match customer payments to your orders automatically — and to alert you when something needs review (an unrecognized format, an unmatched payment, a silent app).

4. How long we keep it

90 days. After that, our server automatically wipes the notification text, sender name and account number from every payment record. Unrecognized-format review items and match audit logs older than 90 days are deleted entirely.

Anonymous totals (amounts, counts, match status) may remain for your own statistics — they contain no personal data.

5. Your control

6. Who can see your data

7. How it's protected

Honest note: no online system is unhackable. That's exactly why we keep so little data and delete it so fast — a smaller database is a smaller target.

8. Contact

Questions about your data: reach ElevateX through the channel where you found us. Deletion requests are usually actioned within 24 hours.
